Beth Cook

Executive Director

Beth Cook has worked in Child Protection for thirty eight years. She came to the CAC after retiring from WV DHHR. As Executive Director Beth has expanded the programs offered at the CAC.. and helped open the Mingo Center. Beth is responsible for employees, program, and budget.

Tammy Morgan

Administrative Assistant for Logan & Mingo Sites

Tammy Morgan joined the CAC family after a long career with the WV Supreme Court of appeals. She replaces Karen Boone as the Administrative Assistant for both centers. Tammy makes her home at Man.

Brooke Honaker

Family & Victim Advocate- Logan

After almost three years at the MIngo site, Brooke has moved to Logan to become the full time Family & Victim's Advocate. Brooke is married to Senior Trooper Josh Honaker. Brooke is active in the community including the We Can Program. In her spare time pare time she likes to cook, spend time with family and travel.

Kristin Keene

Staff Forensic Interviewer

Kristin joined the LCAC family in July 2012. Kristin is trained in "Finding Words" and "When Words Matter." Kristin is a lifelong resident of Logan and is the wife of Shane Keene and mother of 2 children. She is very active with Cheeriffic of Logan. Kristin and her husband, Shane, are active with anti child abuse motorcycle organizations.

Nettie Goan

Family & Victim Advocate- Mingo

Nettie joined the Mingo CAC in January 2016 replacing Brooke Honaker in that position. Nettie is retired from DHHR.

Rebecca Farmer

Special Project Coordinator

Becky is a recent retiree from DHHR. She will be leading a special project in Mingo funded by the sisters of St Joseph's Health and Wellness Foundation. The demonstration project is directed toward preventing re victimization of children and is a collaborative effort involving many systems in the county. The project name is Mingo Kids New View.

Dena Price

CAC Therapist

In October 2012, Dena Price joined the LCAC family as our therapist. Dena brings 18 year's experience in working with children. Dena has a Masters Degree in Psychology. She lives with her 3 children in Danville, WV.

Tiffany is a contracted therapist who sees children at the Mingo site.

Regina Bias, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Sane-P Nurse, Kids First Clinic

Regina is a Sane-P Nurse Practitioner and nursing instructor at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College in Logan. Regina operates the Kids First Clinic in conjunction with Logan Regional Medical Center.

Contracted Forensic Interviewer

After many years at DHHR, Paula now works at the Harless Shelter and provides Forensic Interviews via contract for our centers.
